What I Like About You!

I think it's important to acknowledge what you like about yourself and others. Even if it only starts as a small list of 2-3 things, you can gradually add to it. There's no timeframe for completion!


Here's some of mine:

- I like my curly hair (something I thought I'd never say :') )

- that my relationship with myself is growing stronger

- that every time I get knocked down, I get back up
