Let the last tear fall

Big girls don't cry is a phrase I hear, another is it's not as bad as it could be. Whilst I think the first is a load of rubbish the second certainly cut deep. Sometimes it can all too consuming to what's going on around you that you forget the bigger picture. I'm grateful to be able to sit amongst my feelings and to work through them so I can better understand what triggers me. This will only serve me so I can serve others better!
