If I'm the problem, can I be the answer?

It's a question that has often been in my mind lately; particularly with the self-sabotaging habits that I've been trying to overcome. More than likely the answer is yes, does that mean I have to do it alone? Absolutely not! This doesn't mean you have to ask for help, it could just be moral support/accountability along the journey you've chosen, but the opposite is also true and asking for help just might be the first step that is needed.
Either way, you can become your own hero and get yourself out of a rut. Being my own hero was something I could have never fathomed of describing myself as. But here in the mess, I am pulling myself through knowing bright skies will be on the horizon.
In accepting who I am and starting to believe in where I want to be and that I can achieve it I'm healing old wounds that used to say I'm not good enough. I am enough!
