Congratulations!!

I've been in a challenging space these last couple of months...work and personal have been rather tumultuous!

One thing I forget to acknowledge when I start to "breathe" again is to reflect on the situation. To say well done to myself, I made it through. To sit down and note what helped or didn't help so I can add them to my metaphorical toolbox.

In case nobody has told you lately, congratulations for keeping going - you are doing an amazing job!
