Change Series - step 1 - Knowing Your Limitations

As I'm embarking on a new chapter I thought this change series would go hand in hand.
Limits come in many forms; from our parents/guardians, friends, teachers, society as a whole or life experience which shape us into who we are but they can also hold us back from our hearts desire.
That's not to say they can't be broken, moulded or adapted to something new - it just won't be easy; as I'm sure enough learning!
To be able to change you must first really get up close and personal with where you are at right now. When you go to step outside your comfort zone does social media distract you only to realise 2 hours have gone by? Or perhaps cleaning the house all of a sudden becomes mega important?
We are creatures of habits and when something threatens what could be classed as normality our minds can wreck havoc to keep you safe. Also can be referred to as self sabotage. It takes enormous amount of strength to overcome.
But for now we start with step 1 so this week pencil in some time to know what obstacles could get in your way of change.
